The GREAT Robot CCR-RB is the intelligent robot for versatile applications with the up to date expertise in our quarter century at GREAT. The high reliable robot with high speed operation and large motion area provides the best cost performance and prompts ease of use applications with integrated versatile process solutions such as spot welding, arc welding, painting, cutting, palletizing, handling, to load and unload parts from the upper side of a machine or an equipment, teaching and so on.

BODY

CCR-RB provides the ultimate slim and compact body with the simplified vertical articulated arms, while maintaining the largest motion area and the heaviest payload in the class. The robot consists of robot bass, J1, J2, J3, J4, J5, J6 seven parts, and each part is driven by one set of servo control system with break and reducer component with low clearance. 

DEMO BOX

This demo box adopts human-machine interface, simple interface and easy operation. For safety sake, emergency stop and safe mode reboot button stand there.

Adopt 6.4 inch colorful LCD displayer with high sensitive touch screen and professional control keyboard especially for Robot. It’s available to manual operation, demo programming, work reappearance, man-machine conversation function and so on.

Electricity cabinet

In the cabinet exists our self-developed control system especially for Robot, imported servo drives (6 axes), I/O port with 40 input and 40 output, which can control robot with 6 axes and also RS232, USB, Ethernet port, which can conveniently transfer data and information, the control system in the cabinet can at most control three sets of Robots and 24 axes, also a expanding and Robot visual function expanding.
